Our player of the year for 2020 has now been announced. Voted for by all of the staff, we would like to wish a huge congratulations to Damien Keenan for the big win! Big congratulations also go to Chris Kennedy for the runner-up position.

Has worked many extra hours over the past year and has successfully lead his team through a tough time, while still supporting others in the rest of the company.
BACA Shop Player - Keith Chattell
Difficult to pick just one team member, all of the shop team have been awesome throughout the pandemic. Keith has worked particularly hard and ensured we have not missed one day of trading.
BACA Player - Andy Farmer
Andy has been very focused on hitting target this month.
Operations Player - Ryan Brown
For his extra efforts and large amounts of patience in dealing with shipping to the EU during January.
Finance Player - Matt Cullis
Matt has persevered with payment runs and independently solved issues that have arisen in the new system.

Jill has been working from home all this time and still manages to stay upbeat and keep the team smiling.
